I use services whose servers are located in various countries, including the US and the EU: Calendly, Google (Gmail, Google Fonts), Cloudflare, Anthropic, Telegram, LinkedIn. By booking a call, requesting a demo breakdown or sending a message, you agree to this processing and cross-border transfer. If that doesn’t work for you, email me and we’ll find another way to talk.
No one except the services listed above, which technically provide booking, breakdown generation and messaging. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
As long as needed for our communication and work together. Demo requests are deleted automatically after 6 months. On request, I delete demo requests, bookings and correspondence, except what I’m legally required to keep.
You can ask what data I hold about you, correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. Email ilushka.sirotin@gmail.com and I’ll reply within 30 days. These rights apply under the applicable law, including GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil) and Russia’s Federal Law 152-FZ.
If anything changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
