AUTOMATIONS

What eats your UA team’s time — and how it moves into code

For media buyers and UA teams. Every pipeline adapts to your stack: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Meta, TikTok, spreadsheets and Slack.

One competitor’s ad, five launch-ready videos of your own

How it works: a one-minute film

We take an ad that already pays back for another product and carry over its mechanics. The words and shots are new; your app’s interface is real.

How it works: 5 variations, steps, estimate
mainmain version
voice_bsecond voice
product_hookhook: product screen
text_hooktext hook on top
short~11 s: hook → proof → CTA

Each variation differs from the main one in a single parameter, so the test shows exactly what worked: the voice, the first frame or the length.

  1. 01Reference teardown: cuts, pauses, hook structure
  2. 02Script and storyboard for your productapproval
  3. 03Keyframes: a frame costs cents, so we check before videoapproval
  4. 04Clip generation against an estimateapproval
  5. 05Voiceover, captions timed to each word
  6. 06Edit of 5 variations, 9:16 export
~$8AI bill for a pack of 5 videos: production cost, not the price of the work

Got a competitor’s ad that keeps you up at night? Send me the link: I’ll break down the mechanics and show how to carry them over to your product.

Demo · landing per ad

A landing page that continues the ad

Weekfork is a fictional meal-plan service. Pick an ad and the page in the phone rebuilds around its promise and offer.

One page, 4 angles × 3 offers = 12 versions. The version comes from the ad name — no manual setup per creative.

UA CONSULTING

When the problem is strategy, not routine

In performance since 2014, budgets up to $500K/mo in Tier-1, experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, ASA, in-app networks.

01

Soft launch strategy

Countries, sources, KPIs and test plan — so you don't burn budget on guesses.

02

Campaign launch

Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, in-app networks — channel selection for your product and unit economics.

03

Web2App / Web2Web funnels

A workaround for SKAN limitations that's already boosting metrics for tier-1 apps.

04

Scaling & geo

Profitable markets, risks, path from $50K to $500K/mo without breaking unit economics.

05

Creative audit

What to test, what's burning out, which format is underused — without a month of trial and error.

06

Product hypotheses

Which features and metrics to move so marketing budget works instead of leaking.

Good fit: founders of mobile apps (subscriptions, freemium) and UA teams up to 5 people who need an external expert without hiring an in-house lead.

Strengths
🚀

Soft launch from scratch

Picking countries, sources and a test plan so the first $30–50K don't go to guesses. I know which sources give signal fast and which ones quietly burn budget.

📈

Scaling via in-app

When Meta and Google hit a ceiling — Liftoff, Mintegral, Applovin, Moloco, OEM (Vivo, Oppo, Huawei) open up. Experience with this stack on $500K+/mo budgets.

↩

Web2App funnels

A workaround for SKAN limits that boosts iOS campaigns. Web-sub, web2app, web2web — built on real projects, not just read in blogs.

💡

Creative process

Briefs for designers and video production, format testing, collaboration with product. I know how to run a creative pipeline, not "wait a week for one banner".

FAQ

Answers to what people usually ask before a call

What in media buying can be automated with AI?
Anything that repeats every week and doesn’t need a human decision. Weekly Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and AppsFlyer reports with takeaways in Slack. Alerts when a campaign drifts from normal CPI, ROAS or spend. Ad copy for audiences and geos in the style of your winners. 9:16 UGC videos based on a reference ad that already works. Landing pages per ad and a digest of competitor creatives. Decisions on budgets, bids and launches stay with the media buyer: automation prepares the data and drafts, it doesn’t press buttons in the ad account.
How are you different from a regular UA consultant?
A regular consultant hands over strategy and leaves — the team executes manually. I deliver strategy + automate execution. If the team doesn't have 6 hours a week for a weekly report, I won't advise "carve out those 6 hours" — I'll build a pipeline that does the report itself.
Is Claude Code reliable? Won't it break in a month?
Pipelines are normal Python or TypeScript code written with Claude Code's help. They live on your server (or your GitHub), don't depend on my keys, and don't "break" if my subscription expires. On handoff I provide documentation, and any developer can maintain them. 30 days of support included — in case something breaks during setup.
Do you sign NDAs? We have sensitive data.
Yes, I sign NDAs before any substantive discussion. If you have your own template — send it, I'll review and sign. If not — I have a working version we can use. Case studies are published only with permission and anonymized.
Generation costs ~$8, the pilot is $1,500. What’s the difference for?
$8 is the AI bill for one pack, like film for a photographer. $1,500 is the work: finding references that actually pay off, breaking down the mechanics, scripts, checking every frame, editing with your real app screens, a test plan and a results review. You get 15 creatives, about $100 each. A live UGC creator charges $200–500 for a single video, with no testing.
Can we start small, without big upfront investment?
Of course. Start with a $300 consultation — in 1 hour we'll review your situation, and I'll honestly say whether you need automation or just a strategy fix. Often after a consultation it's clear that 80% of the pain is solved by one $1500 pipeline, not full management.
What if I already have a UA team?
Then automation is exactly your case. I don't replace the team — I free them from routine: reporting, monitoring, creative cuts, competitive research. After implementation, the team does what they were hired for — hypotheses and scaling.
How long does the first automation take from start to launch?
Simple pipelines (Slack reports, competitor monitoring) — 2–4 weeks from signing to launch. Complex ones with multi-system integrations (creative pipeline with video generation, anomaly detection with historical learning) — 3–6 weeks. I commit to a fixed deadline upfront, not "we'll see how it goes".
Can AI videos with people run as ads?
Yes, within the rules. Meta and TikTok require realistic AI content to be labeled, and a “testimonial”-style ad must not pose as a real customer. Before launch I check the platform’s requirements and the rights to the voices and models used. Your app’s interface in the videos is always real; I never generate it.
